Two big hills and many smaller hills along the way.

A bit of bushwalk off the end of Honiton Avenue, but fairly level.  A few dozen steps between Perry St and Dandarbong Avenue. Grassy track between Dandarbong Avenue and Warwick Road.

Bring a flashlight for those short tracks between roads if running by night.
