Run from just outside my residence and back in a loop. Some outstanding views of the Beaufort Mountain Range and the Comox Estuary. Some areas not well lit at night. Reflective clothing/lights recommended if running in the dark. One hairpin turn on Back Road requires heightened alertness and care if there is traffic. 

From Comox to Courtenay between our houses. 

A shorter route when I don't feel like doing 10km. Good hill on McDonald heading towards Guthrie.
