Routes in Canada / Ontario / Central Toronto (Summerhill West - Rathnelly - South Hill - Forest Hill SE - Deer Park)

I did this run on the fifteenth of May, 2011, after my partner had run the toronto marathon earlier in the day. I guess seeing all those other people running must have gotten to me because by the middle of the afternoon I was itching to take off myself.  The trail that roughly shadows Mount Pleasant Road and Bayview Avenue is a wonderful trail, naturally sunk down by the creek that runs through the ravine close by David A. Balfour Park.  Despite the miserable persistent rain, I had a really nice run although I managed to get myself lost on the north side of the loop.  This could be a wonderful circuit on a dry day when the trail has dried up properly.
