Leave hotel Zinkensdamm, turn half left to Hornsviksstigen, dowwn to the Water. Turn left and pass the Minigolf lanes until you have reached the lakeside path. Turn half left and follow the lakesite path. In front of the Swimming Hall, turn left uphill, then turn sharp right, underneath the higher bridges and reach the Skansbron bridge. Follow the bridge over the water. In the roundabout, turn right downhill and follow the lakeside path. Whe reaching the small wooden bridge, turn right over it and continue to follow the lakeside path. You follow the docks (straight, right, left until you rech the stairway up to the Liljeholmsbron. Climb up and follow the bridge back to Södermalm. Turn right to get back to the hotel (NOTE: contruction works for the new house corner Lijeholmsbron/Hornsgatag may lead to temporarily detours (seen on 2010-10-05))

there are stairs in Waldemarsudde which may not be fun to run; you may choose Biskopsudden -- Prinz Eugensväg instead
