A 13 mile route along pavement and road. There is no pavement between Brandon and Brinklow.

A route that follows the Canal from Sutton Stop (Longford) to the City Centre and out again to Binley. Along Pavement and Tow Path. Take the bridge over the ring road after the Canal Basin.
