Paved bike trail that extends 20 miles up the Cape.  Every .5 mile is marked.  Well shaded path.  Wide enough for bikers, pedestrians and runners.  Not the prettiest views of the Cape, but great path.  Several ponds and cranberry bogs along the way.  Pretty even route with a few shallow inclines.  You do have to cross a few streets, but they are marked for crossing and pretty safe.
