Route Southsea - Gunwharf Quays - Eastney and back  

Across the shopping area Gunwharf Quays then joining onto the Millenium Path. The majority of the run is at the actual Seafront

It's brilliant to run at the Seafront, especially if it's windy (and you like wind...) and the sea is rough
